Overview
After graduating magna cum laude from Baylor Law School, Abigail Foreman (Abby) began her legal career in October 2006. Her practice focuses on product liability, negligence, premises liability, transportation, warranty, consumer litigation, and appellate matters, as well as other specialized legal areas. She has worked on and been responsible for a variety of cases in Texas and around the country from start to finish, including conducting investigations; propounding and responding to discovery; drafting, responding to, and arguing pleadings and motions; taking and defending depositions; mediation; negotiating settlements; pre-trial pleadings; and trial. Abby loves to help her clients craft solutions to their unique legal issues, and while she always enjoys sharing great news with a client, whether it’s that she successfully argued a motion on their behalf or reached a favorable settlement, she also prides herself on crafting and walking clients through next steps after an unfavorable or unexpected outcome.
In her spare time, Abby loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters, whether it’s volunteering at her daughters’ school, camping, or traveling to the mountains.
